Ellen Chloë Bateman is an award-winning producer with nearly two decades of experience in audio storytelling, podcasts, documentary and cross-platform content. She was series producer of CBC’s Boys Like Me and On Energy with Chris Hadfield, and has developed and produced original and branded work for Amazon, Walmart, Hasbro and Bell Media. Her work includes #1 Apple Podcasts series and projects recognized by the Webby Awards, New York Festivals and The New York Times.
Michael Catano

Michael Catano

Executive Producer | Editorial Lead
Michael Catano brings more than 30 years of experience in audio, editorial and production. His credits include Webby-winning Boys Like Me, HBO’s Succession Podcast, New York Festivals Gold winner Run, Hide, Repeat and the multi-award-winning Outlaw Ocean Podcast. He has led creative teams and developed work for CBC, HBO, The New York Times, MTV News, Pitchfork and Crooked Media.

Eunice Kim is a producer, journalist and development executive with deep experience in narrative audio and documentary. She spent nearly a decade at CBC Podcasts, developing and producing some of its most recognized work. Her credits include Ambie-winning Sea of Lies, New York Festivals Gold-winning Someone Knows Something, The Village, White Hot Hate and Stuff the British Stole.

Andrew Ventura is an award-winning cinematographer and filmmaker working across documentary, commercial and video podcast production. He has created work for Crave, Amazon Prime Video, CBC and Sportsnet, alongside campaigns for Disney, Nike, Coca-Cola and Starbucks. His credits include A24’s Undertone, which screened at Sundance after winning Fantasia’s Gold Audience Award.

Eamon Doyle

Writer | Strategy Lead
Eamon Doyle is a writer, producer and strategist working across podcasts, editorial, communications and public affairs. He has written for Wondery and advised organizations on positioning, messaging and audience strategy. He brings a sharp editorial eye to complex subjects, helping find the clearest and most compelling way into a story. Eamon holds a master’s degree in social science from the University of Chicago.

Adam White is a two-time Gemini-nominated composer and production sound mixer with more than 15 years of experience across film, television, documentary and branded content. His credits include Kids in the Hall: Comedy Punks, CBC’s The Nature of Things and Naomi Klein’s This Changes Everything, alongside work for Prime Video, TVO, the National Film Board and MLSE.

Host Development Lead
Sam East is a Toronto-based host, interviewer and producer with more than 15 years of experience across radio, television and podcasts. A longtime Virgin Radio personality, she also appears regularly on CTV Toronto and CP24, with appearances on The Social, eTalk and Your Morning. She has interviewed Oprah Winfrey, Cynthia Erivo, the Jonas Brothers and Gracie Abrams, and brings deep experience in live broadcasting, podcast hosting, interviewing and on-air talent development.

Visual & Production Design Lead
Erik Jorgensen is a designer and creative director with nearly two decades of experience across branding, digital, motion and podcast design. His work includes campaigns for Netflix, Electronic Arts, Rogers and PC Optimum, as well as projects for Universal Music and artists including the Arkells. As co-founder of Cargo Fuel, a creative agency, he creates distinctive visual identities, websites, and content creation across entertainment, culture, and commercial work.
Saidah Gomez-Fleury

Saidah Gomez-Fleury

Brand Manager, Europe
Saidah Gomez-Fleury is an international business strategist and consultant based in Geneva. Her experience includes corporate strategy, energy, venture consulting and nonprofit advocacy across European and international markets. She also brings several years of podcasting experience and holds an MBA from IMD Business School in Switzerland, with executive education at Cornell University.

Natasha Skapura is a sales and business development leader with two decades of experience across aerospace, defence, technology and consumer brands. A former board member of Women in Aerospace, she brings deep experience in relationship-building, partnerships and complex sales. At Galaxy, Natasha advises on new business development and opportunities across specialized industries.
Peter Szaflarski

Peter Szaflarski

Strategic Advisor, Technology & Data
Peter Szaflarski is a technology and data executive with extensive experience across financial services, media, data infrastructure and engineering. He has held Vice President roles at Thomson Reuters and Scotiabank, working at the intersection of data strategy, analytics and large-scale systems. A former technology founder, he advises Galaxy on data, emerging technology and digital infrastructure.
